Prior to co-founding the firm, Scott spent 15 years with Stryker, where he developed a strong foundation in medical device sales and leadership, followed by successful entrepreneurial efforts with Orametrix. He is known for his ability to align strategy with real-world execution, consistently delivering revenue growth while building durable customer and partner relationships.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University with double majors in Economics and Chemistry, and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Felicia brings a strong foundation in consumer sales from her time with Whirlpool in both Michigan and Toronto, complementing her deep expertise in healthcare commercialization. She is known for developing high-impact growth strategies and providing decisive leadership that drives revenue and profitability.
